Terms & Conditions
Payment: To ensure your child’s/ children’s name is on the guest list for the workshop, please buy a ticket online or come visit us in the spa.
Cancellations: We understand that circumstances happen, if your child is sick and you need to reschedule please call us immediately to reschedule. We will reschedule to the next available date that is good for both ‘Tilly Belle, Little Miss Beauty Spa’ and yourself. Please note that all payments received are non-refundable.
Drop off/ Pick up Event: Due to limited space in the spa the workshops are pick up/ drop off events only. There will be a sign in and sign out system for the safety of our little miss clients. Please make it known to staff if for some reason another responsible adult will be collecting and signing out your child on your behalf.
Punctuality: Please encourage little miss clients to arrive on time. Any little miss client that arrives late forfeits any stations or activities completed. Therefore, late arrivals join in the workshop at whatever station or activity the group has progressed to. Please be aware that our workshops run to a time schedule, so please make sure you are mindful of the start and finish time of the workshop. We strongly urge all little miss clients are picked up on time. The parent/guardian will have to sign out their child for safety procedures.
Adult Attendance: Due to limited space in the spa workshops are a drop off/ pick up event only.
Sibling Policy: Apologies but no extra children will be permitted into the spa area unless they are on the guest list.
Food: We have done the best to our ability to have foods that accommodate allergies, however we cannot guarantee that it is a nut free environment as some of the food items may contain traces of nuts. It is the parents/guardian responsibility to make allergies and concerns known to ‘Tilly Belle, Little Miss Beauty Spa.’
Entertainment Service Only: ‘Tilly Belle, Little Miss Beauty Spa’ is not a professional spa. To ensure safety and sanitation we do not, cut nails, or push back cuticles. A light nail file may take place.
Products: To best to our ability we use products that are all natural and designed for sensitive skin. ‘Tilly Belle. Little Miss Beauty Spa’ is not responsible for any reactions that may occur during or after the party.
I understand that while ‘Tilly Belle, Little Miss Beauty Spa’ parties take all responsible care to ensure the safety of my child, they cannot be held responsible for any damage, injury or reactions to natural products incurred while in their care.
